7-12 years managing large public-sector Medicaid or HHS modernization projects with Agile governance, multi-vendor coordination, and PMP/CSM/SAFe certification preferred.
Job Description: • Manage project delivery and execution across IES workstreams, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables align with contractual and quality expectations. • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, monitoring progress, dependencies, and critical paths to proactively mitigate risks. • Lead Agile ceremonies and release management activities, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and hypercare coordination. • Oversee RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) management, driving timely resolution and transparent executive-level reporting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Deloitte, state program offices, and vendor partners — to ensure integrated delivery across eligibility, enrollment, and case management modules. • Prepare and deliver executive dashboards, status updates, and governance documentation, providing clear visibility into progress, budget, and performance metrics. • Promote delivery discipline and continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to PMO standards, compliance frameworks, and Agile best practices. Requirements: • 7–12 years of experience managing large-scale HHS, Medicaid, or public-sector modernization projects. • Proven expertise overseeing eligibility and enrollment systems, preferably within an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) environment. • Strong background in project governance, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management across multi-vendor ecosystems. • Demonstrated ability to manage complex dependencies and cross-team coordination under tight deadlines. • PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification strongly preferred. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Public Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
