Position Overview The Customer Care Manager plays a critical role in ensuring projects run efficiently from scheduling to closeout. This individual will serve as a customer-facing point of contact while actively managing outstanding jobs, coordinating subcontractors, and supporting internal teams. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of CRM systems, construction operations, and job tracking, with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. This is a hands-on coordination role that requires initiative, follow-through, and strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities • Approve Apprentice and Foreman clock-ins and time off; make necessary adjustments • Communicate and coordinate with intercompany subcontractors within the PCF group • Schedule subcontractors, obtain bids, create purchase orders, and source new subcontractors as needed • Order and source materials using provided takeoff lists; schedule deliveries • Manage customer-facing calendars and communicate scheduling updates • Set schedules and send dispatch communications to ensure field teams are informed • Ensure weekly safety reporting (“Got Safety”) compliance • Review and finalize invoices, confirm approved change orders, ensure taxes are included, and close out jobs for audit Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar construction role • At least 2 years in a management or leadership position preferred • Working knowledge of construction terminology and methodology • Experience with CRM systems and job tracking tools • Strong computer proficiency (Google Workspace and Microsoft Office) • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Our Hiring Process Our hiring process reflects the structure, organization, and accountability we value throughout our company.
