At Serodino Inc, we are seeking a diligent, focused, and highly organized Typist Clerk to join our growing team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can provide accurate and speedy typing services while adhering to the company's information processing procedures. Key Responsibilities • Carrying out typing tasks, transcribing handwritten, audiotaped, or other verbal information accurately and promptly. • Sending out final typewritten documents, ensuring their format aligns with the company standards and guidelines. • Performing office tasks that require typing such as document editing, proofreading, scheduling of appointments, and responding to emails. • Maintaining a database of work done, organizing and storing typed documents in the company's information system. • Operating swiftly and effectively with computer software systems including Microsoft Office Suite, PDF converter tools, and any other data entry systems in use. • Collaborating with other departments to streamline typing efforts, reduce duplications and enhance the efficiency of administrative workflows. Qualifications • A High School Diploma or equivalent GED is required for this role. An associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration or a relevant field is a plus. • Proven experience as a Typist, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role with a minimum speed of 50-60 words per minute with a high level of accuracy. • Thorough understanding of word processing tools, spreadsheets, and databases, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality. • Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and respect for deadlines. • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
