Over 20 years of IT procurement experience with a bachelor's degree and strong expertise in sourcing and financial services environments.
Conduct comprehensive category and supplier analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings, risk mitigation, and performance improvement. Manage supplier relationships to ensure high-quality performance, compliance with contractual obligations, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and develop sourcing strategies that support organizational goals. Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities in the procurement landscape. Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. Analyze spend data and procurement metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and report findings to senior management. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in sourcing data or technology as well as experience with financial services are a plus.
