Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions aligned with client expectations. Drive continuous improvement in solution design processes, ensuring scalability and adaptability. Manage client relationships at a strategic level, ensuring alignment of solutions with their business objectives. Advocate for customer-centric solution development, ensuring solutions meet both functional and technical needs. Identify emerging technologies and trends to enhance the organization's solution offerings. 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
