Job Summary The HR Implementation Specialist is our Subject Matter Expert on the HR modules of UKG Ready. This person will work with clients directly to learn clients’ internal processes and develop the best technological solutions for streamlining their workload. Throughout this process, the HR Implementation Specialist will develop a relationship with clients that allows them to effectively transfer their knowledge to each client, not only teaching them how to use the tools we have built, but giving them confidence in the system, and our people who service it. To accomplish these goals, the HR Implementation Specialist will need to coordinate with other teams to optimize the configuration process, and document and improve the process as needed. This role is fully remote, with travel only required once a year for all company in person event. Duties & Responsibilities • Establish and adhere to defined time frames while accurately building and configuring HR & benefit service modules, including Applicant Tracking, Performance Management, Online Benefit Enrollment, along with other current and future HR modules within the UKG Ready platform. • Manage multiple client implementations effectively, clearly outlining the implementation process, required documents, and key milestones to clients. • Validate client set up through the successful completion of product launch. • Train clients to continually maintain their accounts using the systems and tools provided. • Develop solutions to specific client requirements while taking into consideration existing client policies, workflow requirements and preferences, along with system capabilities. • Work on technical issues with non-technical clients and create a positive experience for them throughout the process. • Continually refine, improve, and document configuration processes and coordinate with other departments to maximize effectiveness of implementation processes. • Build effective, collaborative working relationships throughout the organization with colleagues, managers, and customers. Skills & Qualifications • 2+ years of experience working in UKG Ready, specifically HR modules • Proficient in MS Office, specifically within Excel sorting, navigating and analyzing data • Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week • Experienced in standard computer usage, including frequent telephone/video conferencing and virtual meeting participation • Must have distraction-free private workspace big enough to accommodate two monitors and maintain a clean and professional background for virtual meetings Benefits • 401(k)/401(k) matching • Comprehensive Health Benefits • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Paid Time Off • Paid Holidays • and More!
