Job Description PayNearMe is seeking a Senior Integrations Partner Success Manager to drive growth and reach more customers through strategic partners focusing on our payment solutions and Insights solutions in North America. This position involves managing the full partner lifecycle, encompassing new partner recruitment, onboarding, revenue activation, and growth, with a focus on executing our strategy. Responsibilities: Partner Recruitment & Planning Collaborate with management to define the ideal profile for prospective partners Conduct research and screening to identify, qualify, and secure potential partners that align with the target profile Develop a compelling business proposition to gain commitment from qualified partners for engagement and productivity Prior to contract finalization, create a joint business plan, including sales targets Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospective partners to consistently meet established recruitment goals Channel Sales & Management Conduct monthly partner alignment sessions to review pipelines, perform win/loss analyses, and formulate account penetration strategies to generate new sales opportunities Engage relevant internal resources (e.g., direct sales, product, marketing) to support partnership objectives and sales opportunities Partner Enablement & Success Drive the onboarding and activation of new partners, focusing on enabling, equipping, and motivating their teams to sell, market, deploy, and support the PNM offering Work with top-performing and high-potential partners to develop annual joint business plans detailing strategies and activities for meeting revenue goals Review and assess the progress of annual plans during partner-facing quarterly business reviews, making necessary adjustments Provide internal functions (e.g., sales, product, marketing) with feedback on tools and programs based on partner and market insights Support field marketing activities, such as staffing trade show booths or delivering sales presentations Qualifications Ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, analyze partner performance data, and track referral/reporting metrics 5–10 years of experience in channel or partnerships roles within payments, SaaS, or enterprise tech Deep understanding of payments partner ecosystem and GTM models Track record of building successful joint revenue-generating initiatives Strong ability to influence and work across executive stakeholders, partner sales, and technical teams Excellent business development, communication, and negotiation skills Project Management & Organizational Excellence Proficiency in Tracking & Documentation Tools Cross-Functional Collaboration Skills Willingness to Travel Preferred: Payments Industry Background Sales Enablement or Partner Marketing Exposure Strong background working in the credit union space Additional Information Location: Flexible/Remote (within the US) Great compensation package plus extensive benefits, including: 100% Remote (must be in US) Base salary per year (paid semi-monthly) Fast- paced and professional work culture Stock options with standard startup vesting - 1 year cliff; 4 years total $50 monthly communication expense stipend to go towards your phone/internet bill $250 stipend to enhance your WFH setup Reimbursement for peripheral equipment: monitor (up to $400), keyboard and mouse (up to $200) Premium medical benefits including vision and dental (100% coverage for employees) Company-sponsored life and disability insurance Paid parental bonding leave Paid sick leave, jury duty, bereavement 401k plan Flexible Time Off (our team members typically take off ~3-4 weeks per year) Volunteer Time Off 13 scheduled holidays 2x / year in-person team meet-ups (2-3 days, company paid) Salary Range: $145,000 - $160,000 PayNearMe strives to create a workplace where all employees thrive.
