Description: Report to VP of Business Operations and partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership.Oversee and ensure the delivery of critical cross-functional programs with visibility into the full technical portfolio.Evaluate, implement, and enhance project management best practices to strengthen program teams, tools, and communication channels.Drive reliability and quality programs that strengthen production readiness, incident response, and systemic risk management.Provide strategic direction across PayNearMe’s technical program portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and clear visibility for leadership.Lead cross-functional programs that strengthen system reliability, scalability, and production readiness.Provide oversight and program leadership across PayNearMe’s technical project and program portfolio to drive successful execution.Determine and implement technical project management best practices to ensure efficient and effective delivery.Drive company-wide planning, cross team alignment, and delivery health reporting across teams.Partner with Product, Engineering, and business leadership to define and deliver strategic technical programs with company goals.Lead all aspects of program execution, including prioritization, mobilizing cross-functional teams, tracking progress, resource planning, and risk remediation to deliver business and customer outcomes.Scale process and tools to support larger teams and increasing complexity.Apply technical fluency to inform decisions, anticipate risks, and act as a trusted thought partner to Product and Engineering leads.Lead efforts to scale and standardize the TPM function across the organization, creating frameworks and fostering innovation.Balance leading high-priority programs with hiring, mentoring, and developing a TPM team that builds trusted partnerships and domain expertise.Develop talent within the team by establishing mentorship programs, professional development opportunities, and cross-training initiatives.Be a culture carrier, connecting the organization to the company’s core values, building trusted relationships across functions and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Requirements: B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.10+ years of technical program management experience, leading complex technology projects and programs.5+ years of people management experience leading teams to deliver technical programs or products from inception to delivery.Proven experience identifying and addressing systemic inefficiencies and scaling technical programs.Experience building, growing, and leading a technical program management organization.Expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks and the application in product development and delivery.Fluency with the Atlassian ecosystem; Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Advanced roadmaps, and Atlas.Strong communication and executive presence; able to influence across all levels.Proven interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a cross-functional team.Ability to influence across virtual teams and disparate stakeholder groups.Strategic, organizational thinker with a track record of strengthening program governance and controls within an organization.
