Payne Pest Management is currently looking for an ASSISTANT TERMITE INSPECTOR for our Los Angeles locations. Assistant Termite Inspector’s are client-driven, with effective communication skills and a magnificent work ethic. You will report directly to the Senior Termite Inspector. An Assistant Termite Inspector is responsible for maintaining a working partnership with commercial properties, homeowners, and property managers. An Assistant Termite inspector will assist the Senior Termite Inspector in the completion of inspections of commercial and residential units with the purpose of identifying wood destroying organisms, completing diagrams of inspected property, and making proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts. This will include inspecting attics and crawl spaces. An assistant termite inspector will also assist in preparation for fumigations to include fume prep meetings that typically take place after business hours or on weekends. An assistant termite inspector will also attend marketing events and trade shows with the intention of growing business in the area. A Well Qualified Applicant Will Possess the Following Qualities: • The ability to obtain and maintain a Branch 3 license issued by the California Structural Pest Control Board. • Construction experience is a plus. • Ability to thoroughly inspect residential and corporate properties, including attics and crawl spaces. • Possess and maintain a clean driving record. • Pass a background check and pre-employment Physical. · Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
