What You’ll Do * Build and execute a bold national sales strategy to crush revenue and growth goals. You will build a team of both direct hire and 1099 consultants within your area. * Recruit, inspire, and lead a high-performing team of go-getter sales reps across the U.S. * Scout out new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends. * Team up with leadership to align sales goals with company objectives and push the boundaries of what’s possible. * Track, analyze, and refine sales metrics to keep the team on point. * Be a mentor, coach, and all-around sales guru to your team—ensuring they have the tools, training, and support to thrive. What You Bring to the Table * A rock-solid track record in sales leadership in payments or merchant services for at least 5 years. * Experience building and managing large, high-energy, geographically spread-out sales teams for the past 5 years. * A knack for finding and hiring sales superstars. * A deep understanding of credit card processing, POS solutions, and payment tech achieved by working in the industry for at least 5 years. * Great communication and leadership skills that inspire teams to aim high. * A creative, strategic mind that loves a good challenge and thrives on staying ahead of the curve.
