Company Description Payflow is building Luca, an AI FP&A analyst that provides executives with AI-powered financial insights, analytics, detailed reporting, planning, and forecasting. Luca enables companies to save tens of thousands of dollars and 400+ hours per year, delivering critical business value within just one quarter. What You'll Build You'll be at the forefront of AI innovation, working on: Advanced AI Agents: Build sophisticated multi-agent systems that can analyze complex financial data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights Intelligent Data Processing: Develop AI systems that can understand, categorize, and extract insights from disparate data sources Natural Language Interfaces: Create conversational AI that can answer complex financial questions in plain English Predictive Analytics: Build AI models that can forecast trends, identify patterns, and provide strategic recommendations Real-time Intelligence: Develop systems that provide instant financial insights and alerts Our Tech Stack AI/ML: LangGraph, Anthropic, custom AI agents, Pinecone, NumPy, Scikit-learn Data: BigQuery, Redis, PostgreSQL, Kafka Backend: FastAPI, Python, async/await patterns, microservices Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, DigitalOcean, CI/CD, LangSmith Frontend: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind What We're Looking For You're a builder who: Thinks big: You see the potential for AI to transform entire industries Loves complexity: You thrive on solving hard problems that others find impossible Ships fast: prioritizes delivering working solutions quickly and improving them over time Wants impact: You're motivated by building things that will be used by thousands of businesses Technical Requirements: 4+ years building production AI/ML systems/agentic experiences Deep experience with modern AI tools (LangGraph, Pinecone, etc.) Strong Python skills with async/await patterns Experience with large-scale data processing and real-time systems Knowledge of financial data and analysis (bonus, not required)
