Job Title: Equipment Operator (Sit-Down, Reach and Cherry) Location: Edgerton, KS 66021 Pay Rate: $19.50/hr (temp-to-hire) $21.75/hr once hired full-time Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (occasional Saturday OT possible) About the Role We're looking for skilled Equipment Operators to join our growing team in either the Inbound or Outbound Department . This is a temp-to-hire role , and after 90 days of solid performance and reliable attendance, you'll be eligible for full-time hire with a pay increase to $21.75/hr . What You'll Do • Operate sit-down forklifts , Reach Truck and Cherry Picker to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently • Support inbound and outbound operations including staging, loading trucks, and organizing product flow • Perform accurate order picking and assist with inventory control • Complete basic equipment checks and routine maintenance • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed What We're Looking For • Extensive sit-down, reach truck and cherry picker experience in a warehouse environment (required) • Dependable attendance and punctuality, especially during the first 90 days • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude • Flexibility to work occasional Saturday overtime Why Join Us?
