Specific responsibilities include defining project scopes, implementing project management methodologies, coordinating tasks, analyzing data, mitigating risks, and efficiently managing project teams. Additionally, you will serve as a resource for colleagues with less experience, contributing significantly to our team's overall success. Responsibilities • Works on projects of moderate scope including the need for analysis of data requirements to ensure proper and effective scoping. Demonstrates ability to independently select & apply appropriate project management methodology to ensure project success. Collaboration with cross-functional partners. • Manages projects through the application of comprehensive project management concepts that include leading and coordinating groups/resources, organizing and tracking tasks, identifying and taking steps to mitigate risks or obstacles in collaboration with appropriate resources, develop workplans with subject matter experts, creating and monitoring deliverables. • Maintains project documentation, including charter, plan, scope statement, communication plan and deployment timeline in a variety of software environments. • Collects, provides, and analyzes data. Observes and analyzes patterns, trends, and correlations to enable data-driven decisions. • Controls and mitigates project risks by performing the qualitative and quantitative analysis of risks and trigger events, planning risk response, establishing contingency plans, anticipating dependencies affected by ongoing project changes • Lead process to identify key metrics and provide guidance/ recommendations. • Manage project teams with operational excellence with medium to medium-high cross-functional dependency. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred • 4 years of experience in Project Management • PMP certification - required Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $ $75,600- $118,800 annually. Please remember that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
