Title: Technical Compliance Coordinator Reports to: Chief Legal Officer FLSA Status: Exempt Location: Las Vegas or US Remote Summary The Technical Compliance Coordinator is responsible for managing product compliance across multiple gaming jurisdictions. This role ensures accurate submissions, effective reporting and tracking, and regulatory engagement throughout the certification lifecycle. The position supports internal teams with compliance-related needs, verifies products against jurisdictional requirements, and oversees submissions, approvals, field trials, and revocations. The Coordinator also develops and maintains compliance processes and documentation, and provides technical oversight for manufacturing orders of software. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and manage timely and accurate submission packages for governmental gaming authorities and Independent Test Labs, including forms, letters, and media software. • Provide technical assistance and act as liaison with gaming labs and regulators. • Maintain effective tracking, reporting, and filing systems for all submissions and regulatory approvals. • Serve as point of contact to coordinate company responses to regulator inquiries or issues. • Research jurisdictional rules and regulatory requirements and maintain a current library of compliance standards. • Support budget planning for submission costs aligned with product roadmaps and sales opportunities. • Burn and verify media signatures and ensure compliance approval for all manufacturing orders. • Document and write processes for product compliance procedures. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a gaming-related or technical field. • Strong product compliance background a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • High attention to detail with ability to multitask effectively. • Excellent organizational and customer service skills. • Experience in data entry, filing, and general office procedures. Additional Requirements • This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions where Pavilion operates.
