Job Title: Team Lead – Technology Staffing Location: Chicago Loop (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote) About the Role Paul Bridges Group is partnering with a boutique, women-owned staffing firm to identify a Team Lead for their Technology Staffing Division. This is a leadership role overseeing an established recruiting team, with responsibility for driving candidate delivery, mentoring recruiters, and ensuring exceptional client service. The incoming leader will manage a team of experienced technology recruiters, with 2–3 planned additional hires in 2025. Key Responsibilities • Lead, mentor, and develop the technology recruiting team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture. • Oversee all delivery operations for technology staffing engagements, ensuring quality, speed, and alignment with client needs. • Collaborate closely with sales and account management to ensure seamless fulfillment of requisitions. • Establish recruiting strategies to meet client demand and exceed delivery KPIs. • Monitor team performance metrics and provide ongoing coaching to improve outcomes. • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new recruiters as the team expands. • Maintain a deep understanding of technology roles, market trends, and competitive intelligence. Qualifications • 5+ years of recruiting experience in the technology staffing space. • 2+ years of leadership/management experience within a staffing or recruiting agency. • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding delivery goals. • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. • Proficiency in ATS/CRM platforms and recruiting tools.
