Job Summary The Supply Chain Planner II coordinates inventory planning, demand forecasting, and distribution activities to ensure product availability and efficient supply chain operations. This role analyzes trends, manages inventory levels, and collaborates across functions to optimize service levels, cost, and operational performance. Applies professional judgment to resolve issues and supports continuous improvement initiatives. **Hybrid role - onsite 2-3 days a week at the site in Liberty, Missouri** Essential Functions Manage inventory planning and control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and balance service, cost, and inventory investment Analyze demand patterns and forecast inputs to adjust supply plans and improve inventory availability and accuracy Develop and coordinate replenishment, production, and shipment plans to ensure timely and efficient product flow Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align supply chain activities, resolve constraints, and support customer fulfillment Monitor supply chain performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance service levels, efficiency, and cost outcomes Investigate inventory, shipping, and service discrepancies to identify root causes and implement corrective actions Support vendor and supplier logistics programs to improve distribution efficiency and strengthen supply chain performance Communicate inventory performance, risks, and operational insights to stakeholders to support informed decision-making Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or equivalent education and/or experience 3 years in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or a related field Must be able to work a hybrid schedule - 2-3 days a week onsite.
