Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to plan, execute, and oversee all marketing activities for United Health Insure. This role will focus on managing direct mail campaigns, developing social media strategy and content, and increasing brand awareness through community outreach. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, representing the company at events, and finding creative ways to generate leads. Work Arrangement: This is a full-time, hybrid position reporting to our office in Palos Heights, Illinois. Candidates must reside locally and be available for occasional in-office collaboration and community events. Professional Responsibilities • Plan, manage, and execute marketing activities, including direct mail and social media campaigns. • Represent the company at community events and lead-generation activities. • Build and maintain relationships with newspapers, magazines, and senior-focused organizations. • Coordinate, organize, and attend local events to promote brand visibility. • Support client appointments and outreach efforts during open enrollment periods. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 5 years of marketing or communications experience preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable with public speaking and engaging with community groups. • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently. • Proficiency with social media platforms and Microsoft Office (experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus). The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
