Benefits: • Competitive salary • Employee discounts • Health insurance • Training & development We are seeking a DISHWASHER (Hours - 4 AM – 12 PM, Wednesday - Sunday) – ROSE STREET BREAD LAB, St. Paul, MN> Rose Street Bread Lab serves as an extension of our acclaimed French bakeries in South Minneapolis and St. Paul. Functioning as a dedicated production facility, the Lab specializes in crafting artisanal breads and viennoiserie for distribution to both retail and wholesale clients. JOB SUMMARY: A bakery dishwasher's job involves thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment used in the baking process, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment. FULL TIME POSITION: This role requires 40 hours per week, with shift hours from 4 AM - 12 PM. Full-time position with compensation commensurate with experience. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans and kitchen utensils • Operate dishwashing machines and clean kitchen equipment as needed • Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and kitchen floors • Dispose of trash and recyclables properly • Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks when required • follow all health and safety regulations and company policies SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred but not mandatory PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to stand for extended periods • Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 50 pounds • Ability to work in a wet, hot, and sometimes noisy environment WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position operates in a fast-paced, high energy kitchen environment where teamwork, efficiency, and attention to detail are essential. The role requires standing for extended periods, working near hot equipment, handling sharp tools, and maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards. Weekend, evening, and holiday shifts may be required, depending on business needs. The work setting emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality food service.
