The Customer Value Representative is responsible for generating sales within the existing customer base and maximizing profits for the organization. This includes contacting customers, planning marketing initiatives, and developing quotes and proposals.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with experience in sales or marketing. Strong communication skills, IT fluency, and the ability to manage complex projects are essential.
Position Summary: The Customer Value Representative is directly responsible for helping the organization obtain better brand recognition and financial growth through the existing customer base. Upsell representatives play a crucial role in the success of an organization. These professionals generate sales within our existing customer base, negotiate client pricing, and forecast sales revenue, all to support one of the most important responsibilities — helping organizations maximize their profits. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Researching existing customers to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers. Finding and developing new opportunities and improving sales. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. Developing quotes and proposals for clients. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field. Experience in sales, marketing or related field. Strong communication skills and IT fluency. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
