Install, configure, maintain software and network infrastructure, provide technical assistance, analyze logs, support new solutions, create documentation, and manage AWS user accounts.
Three years IT support experience, logical thinking, communication skills, teamwork, familiarity with Mac and Linux, and relevant certifications or degree.
Duties and Responsibilities • Install, configure, and provide technical assistance for software and computer systems. • Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed. • Install, configure, and maintain network corporate infrastructure • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. • Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues. • Support the implementation and roll-out of new solutions or applications. • Test, evaluate, and make decisions about new technology for the business • Create and maintain procedural documentation, diagrams, and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system. • Set up new users' accounts and profiles. • Understanding, maintaining, and securing AWS environments Skills • The ability to think logically • A good memory of how software and operating systems work • Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with others to establish what the problem is and explain the solution • The ability to work well in a team • Problem-solving skills • The ability to prioritize your workload • Attention to detail. Education / Experience • 3 years of relevant experience in IT support • Information Technology or Computer Science degree or certification is helpful • Network and desktop administration • Mac and Linux OS • AWS Certifications are helpful
