Pathways to Services Development is a faith-rooted 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization building transformational programs for individuals and families impacted by addiction, incarceration, homelessness, and trauma. We’re not just creating services — we’re building pathways of transformation that restore dignity, strengthen families, and empower people to rise beyond their past. As we lay the foundation for our long-term vision, we’re assembling a team of passionate professionals to help us build a sustainable, impactful funding strategy. The Role We’re seeking a Grants & Funding Strategy Partner to join our advisory team and help us design and implement a roadmap for sustainable funding. This is an unpaid, mission-driven role ideal for a professional who wants to shape a new organization’s financial foundation and be part of something transformative from the ground up.
