About the you and the role: At Passport, we're seeking a Project Manager to join our Enterprise Program and Project Management team. As the central hub for cross-functional collaboration in our remote environment, we coordinate initiatives that drive our company's core operations. If you prefer rigid role definitions and predictable routines, this position may not be the right fit. What you'll do… Ensure all assigned projects and tasks are delivered on the designated timeline. Become the project subject matter expert. Serve as the main point of contact for all aspects of a project’s organization, documentation, timeline, and status. Develop project plans for high-impact efforts that involve more than 3 functional teams. Assign project tasks to accountable employees and follow up effectively via written and verbal methods. Identify project risks, develop recommendations, and implement response plans. Communicate transparently with leaders and team members to keep the project aligned with business requirements and goals to prevent scope creep and delayed delivery. Create templates, workflows, and process improvements that reduce manual work and increase team efficiency across the organization. Facilitate lessons learned sessions to capture insights and continuously improve project delivery You have many of the following… (Please apply even if you don’t meet all of the criteria!) 2-4 years of experience – inclusive of project planning, cross-functional team coordination, and successful delivery of project deliverables. A relevant project management certification (i.e CAPM, Google Project Management) Experience pulling and analyzing data from multiple sources to inform project decisions. Moderate level of experience with Excel or Sheets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, while remaining detail-oriented. Curiosity about and willingness to adopt AI tools for project documentation, communication, and analysis You're a problem solver and not intimidated by what you don't know. You're willing to put in the time to learn, and are dedicated to continuous improvement. A team-first attitude.
