Business Development Manager – Life Sciences Technology Location: Remote (U.S. based) Work Style: Fully Remote Travel: Up to 40% Compensation: $110K–$130K base + bonus + full benefits We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the sales and commercialization of an innovative cell culture plate technology in the U.S. market. This role covers sales strategy, new business development, customer support, and collaboration with internal teams to drive growth. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies across pharma, biotech, CROs, and academic institutions. • Identify, acquire, and grow new accounts while managing existing relationships. • Act as the primary customer contact for technical and product support. • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to guide product development. • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows. • Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management activities. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university life sciences, biomedical engineering, or a related field and five to ten years related experience and/or training in life sciences; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience in life sciences, biotech, or related industries with a strong commercial focus. • Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management. • Ability to build long-term relationships with researchers and decision-makers. • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. • Familiarity with CRM systems and market intelligence tools is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience with laboratory consumables or advanced cell culture technologies. • Proven track record in sales to R&D teams within biotechnology, pharmaceutical companies, or academic research institutions.
