Job Description Position: National Account Manager- sales experience in the food/seafood distribution industry Location: Home office in NJ/NY (Able to travel frequently, including NY Manhattan and flights to other states such as Boston and Miami) Employment Type: Full-time Must-Have Requirements • 3+ years sales experience in the food/seafood distribution industry • Bilingual in Japanese, Korean, or Chinese + English • Authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa support available for qualified candidates) Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • Established relationships with national foodservice distributors • Experience in seafood sales or foodservice management Role Overview We are seeking a National Account Manager to drive growth in the Asian foodservice channel, including national chains and independent stores. This position reports to the Director of Asian Sales & Marketing and may be based in NJ/NY or TX. You will be responsible for strategic account management, sales growth, and business development, with a strong focus on sushi and Asian foodservice accounts. Key Responsibilities • Manage client relationships and revenue for assigned accounts • Align with distributors and execute business plans • Collaborate with operations and marketing to expand product portfolio • Launch customer-specific programs to drive growth • Evaluate ROI and manage trade spending • Forecast sales and meet/exceed targets • Participate in trade shows and industry events Who You Are • Proven track record of 3–5 years in foodservice sales (seafood preferred) • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Motivated, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments • Entrepreneurial spirit; team player with initiative • Willing to travel up to 50% (including nights) To apply please send resume to airaha@pasona.com
