Job Description IMMEIDATE OPENING!!!! Position: Accountant/or Sr. Accountant Location: Laguna Hills, CA Work Hours: M- F 8-4 or 9-5 (1 hour lunch - actual work 35 hours/week) Work Style: Hybrid 1 day/week at the office Company: The company specializes in designing and manufacturing high-precision mixing and dispersion equipment, such as planetary centrifugal mixers. Salary Range: $70,000-80,000/year Benefit: Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, Retirement Plan, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays Major Job Responsibilities： • Manage accounts receivable • Post deposit in accounting software daily • Bookkeeping and bank account reconciliation • Reconcile credit card statement (If merchant/Elavon process) • Invoice credit, apply cash, help with sales team • Follow-up collection of past due balance after sales team needs help • Record and tack deposit for Advance payment • Research and resolve customer A/R issues • Customer audit preparing statement • Data Entry, Verify records and transactions • Sales Tax, Exemption review • Contacting Bank, CPA if you need • Contact warehouse if some issue • Review Bill enter for Rep commission, 1099 reports • Support A/P as needed • Purchase Order to HQ • Received PO in software, Bill Enter • Inventory Report update after warehouse received Job Qualifications • 5+ Years hands on experience in accounting at corporate environment • Microsoft-Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint • Experience with QuickBooks Online --This is Requirement • Strong organization, time management skills, and attention to detail are essential
