Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, programmatic, and administrative roles while collaborating with hiring managers to design hiring strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Bachelor’s degree, minimum 3 years talent acquisition experience preferably in healthcare or nonprofit, proficiency with ATS, excellent communication and organizational skills, and preferred HR certification.
HYBRID POSITION: In-office/Remote We’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build a team of changemakers dedicated to improving maternal and child health outcomes. In this role, you’ll be more than a recruiter—you’ll be a strategic partner. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to design and execute hiring strategies that reflect our core values, advance diversity and equity, and support the evolving needs of our programs. Essential Functions: • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, programmatic, and administrative roles including resume screening and conducting interviews. • Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse and mission-aligned candidates. • Participate in recruitment events, including virtual career fairs, student career fairs, and PMCH events. • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes. • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting. • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. • Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal equity standards. • Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience. Job Requirements: • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Discretion and sensitivity due to the highly confidential nature of work assignments • PHR, SHRM-CP or other HR certification preferred. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Health, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in nonprofit, healthcare, or public health. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems. • Experience recruiting for clinical or public health roles.
