What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service role. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with electronic health records (EHR) systems and scheduling software. - You demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - You have a compassionate and patient-focused attitude. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a medical office or clinical setting. - Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other commonly spoken languages. - Certification in medical office administration or related fields.
