What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service role. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with electronic health records (EHR) systems and scheduling software. - You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with patients. - You possess basic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a medical office or clinic setting. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other commonly spoken languages. - Certification in medical administration or related fields. - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards.
