What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service role. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems. - You have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with patients. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with medical billing and coding. - Knowledge of insurance verification processes. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience in a fast-paced medical office.
