Job Title: Digital Marketing / SEO – Website Migration Content Specialist Location: Palo Alto, CA 94301 (Remote) Pay Rate: $44.00 – $50.00 per hour ($91,520 – $104,000 annually) Employment Type: Contract through December 2025, with possible extension into 2026 Status: Exempt (not eligible for overtime) Position Overview We are seeking a Digital Marketing / SEO Website Migration Content Specialist to join a dynamic and innovative digital transformation team. This role will be instrumental in localizing and launching a new website platform for a leading automotive brand’s dealer network, creating a seamless and visually premium online experience for customers. As part of the Website Migration and Content Management initiative, you will collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure that all digital content aligns with brand standards and SEO best practices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about optimizing web experiences through strategic content management and digital innovation. Key Responsibilities • Create, customize, and format content within the Content Management System (CMS)—Storyblok—to deliver an engaging and consistent user experience across dealer websites. • Analyze, organize, and migrate existing dealer websites to the new platform with accuracy and adherence to brand and technical requirements. • Develop and optimize website content, page layouts, imagery, and metadata aligned with SEO best practices and marketing guidelines. • Perform quality assurance (QA) on websites to identify and resolve formatting, link, or display issues. • Support onboarding processes for dealer websites by collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure a smooth migration experience. • Collaborate with international teams including content managers, designers, product specialists, and technical support to achieve consistent global standards. • Maintain and improve documentation related to content management processes, tools, and training materials. • Provide training, troubleshooting, and best-practice guidance to dealers and external partners using Storyblok. • Support roll-out of new platform features, gather dealer feedback, and assist with enhancement initiatives. • Serve as a subject matter expert on SEO strategy and website performance optimization to internal stakeholders. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Web Design, or a related field required. • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, automotive, or related industries. • 2–5 years of experience as a Content Manager or Content Author, preferably working in Storyblok or a similar CMS. • Proven experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), digital content migration, and web publishing. • Background managing complex digital projects and collaborating with cross-functional and international teams. • Knowledge of dealership marketing operations or automotive retail environments is a+ • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
