Partners Personnel is looking for Warehouse Associates – Lift Operator (Cherry Picker): Location: Johns Creek, GA Shifts Available: • 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM — $16.25/hr • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM — $17.85/hr Job Summary Partners Personnel is hiring Warehouse Associates / Lift Operators (Cherry Picker) for a well-known company specializing in contact lenses located in Johns Creek, GA. This role involves picking, stocking, replenishing, material movement, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced distribution environment. Safety, attention to detail, and productivity are essential. Key Responsibilities • Perform RF Cluster Picking, RF A-Frame/V-Frame Replenishments, RF Cart Build, RF Audit Counting, and RF Put Away • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe • Operate powered industrial equipment to move, lift, stack, and transport materials • Load and unload materials onto pallets, skids, and racks • Assist other warehouse departments as needed Qualifications ✔ High school diploma or GED ✔ Minimum 1 year of order picker/cherry picker experience ✔ Experience using RF scanners ✔ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. ✔ Basic computer and math skills ✔ Must pass a background check and drug screen ✔ Valid Georgia driver’s license with clean MVR ✔ Must pass forklift physical Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.25 - $17.85 per hour Benefits: • Health insurance Work Location: In person
