As an Inventory Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving our success by ensuring that all received and shipped items are meticulously recorded. Your expertise will help maintain optimal inventory levels and enhance customer satisfaction. If you relish the challenge of reconciling discrepancies and implementing effective loss prevention strategies, we want to hear from you! Required Skills: • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping • Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management • Capable of conducting inventory audits and reconciliations • Experience with shipping and receiving processes Nice to Have Skills: • Familiarity with barcoding systems and RFID technology • Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment • Knowledge of basic inventory accounting principles • Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Preferred Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent (required) • Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role is preferred Other Requirements: • Ability to lift and move items up to 40 lbs • Willingness to work flexible hours as required • Certification in Inventory Management or related areas is advantageous If you’re ready to contribute to a dynamic team and elevate inventory management processes to the next level, we encourage you to apply!
