7+ years of full-cycle software sales experience in Customer Communications Management, strong consultative selling, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Description: • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territory and accounts, focusing on enterprise-level customers and partners. • Understand market and territory to identify customer/prospect needs, pain points, and industry trends; use this knowledge to find prospects. • Identify potential partners to incorporate Cincom products into their offerings; nurture, maintain and grow partner relationships over years. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in prospects, customers and partners, including C-level executives, IT directors, and procurement managers. • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals. • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of Cincom’s software solutions. • Drive continued revenue growth within assigned territory. • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to provide valuable insights to customers and internal stakeholders. Requirements: • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle software sales in Customer Communications Management software and solutions. • Experience in selling services as an integral part of solution offerings. • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and position appropriate solutions. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
