Employment Type: Full Time Location: On Site in Fraser, MI Reports To: CEO Role Overview Partify Inc. is a fast growing e-commerce painted automotive parts company focused on building scalable operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a Customer Support Operations Manager to lead and develop our customer support team while building scalable systems and processes as the company continues to grow. This is a hands on leadership role responsible for managing daily customer support operations, improving support workflows, and ensuring high quality service across all customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing customer service teams in fast paced environments and a strong ability to implement processes that improve efficiency, response times, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with operations, logistics, and leadership teams to ensure customer inquiries are handled effectively, operational issues are resolved quickly, and insights from customer interactions help improve internal processes. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the customer support team. Lead, coach, and develop Customer Service Representatives to ensure consistent performance and high quality customer interactions. Monitor support volume, response times, and resolution metrics to ensure service level standards are met. Develop and implement scalable support workflows and operational processes. Handle escalated customer issues and complex cases requiring management intervention. Collaborate with operations, logistics, and fulfillment teams to resolve order and shipping related issues. Analyze customer support data to identify trends, common issues, and opportunities for operational improvements. Improve internal documentation, knowledge bases, and support resources for the customer service team. Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new customer support staff. Implement tools, reporting systems, and automation to improve customer support efficiency. Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions within internal systems. Support ongoing improvements to customer experience as Partify continues to scale. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in customer service, support operations, or call center environments. Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience managing or leading customer service teams. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong organizational and problem solving skills. Ability to manage high volume support environments while maintaining service quality. Experience analyzing support metrics and improving operational workflows. Comfortable working with multiple software systems, CRMs, and internal tools. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple operational responsibilities in a fast paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in e-commerce or direct to consumer businesses. Experience supporting logistics, fulfillment, or order management operations. Experience with customer service platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, or similar systems. Experience building support processes and operational reporting systems.
