Specific Responsibilities: Coordinate across a geographically dispersed cross-functional team and stakeholders to formulate, prototype, implement and fine-tune solutions Experience with front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries Review and write clean code, resolve and troubleshoot errors, and apply constant refactoring to address cumbersome or faulty code Interface with AWS Cloud services; apply cloud engineering practices to maintain and deploy solutions Identify and integrate various data sources (e.g. APIs, file systems, databases); develop and maintain data pipelines to automate the ingestion of source data utilizing PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and ElasticSearch Demonstrate expertise with designing, maintaining and troubleshooting mature CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, cloud infrastructure, identity integrations, and automated quality and securirty controls in AWS GovCloud environments Exercise entry-level Data Science techniques and understand AI/ML (RAG, NLP, etc.) development and implementation Ensure data is stored securely and can be accessed efficiently by downstream applications and users; have familiarity with network administration, particularly architecture and security policies Write and maintain documentation for current process and best practices to ensure compliance with data governance standards Required Education/Experience: 8 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree 5+ years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on computer science concepts Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to convey complex, technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner Valid US Passport Active DoD Secret security clearance Preferred Experience: Previous experience supporting a USPACOM or US Army Customer Previous experience supporting USPACOM intelligence and/or operations Experience with AI/ML concepts Experience with Cloud services (AWS preferred) Experience with containerization, specifically Docker and Kubernetes Coding languages JavaScript & TypeScript, Python, React with Next.js, NodeJS, GraphQL, SQL Security Clearance Requirement: An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.
