In this role you will coordinate with the Business to ensure that all new contract and job openings with the ERP system follow corporate policy and are accessible across business units. In this role you will interface with our corporate leaders in project management, finance, and project controls. What You'll Be Doing: Set up New Client numbers in ERP Customer Maintenance as needed to process the workflows to open new jobs. Confirm that the Job Maintenance Package is ready for processing and that the proper documentation has been attached and including all Matrix of Authority Approvals. Open Contract, Job and WBS numbers within ERP system for labor timesheet, expense report and vendor payment processing. Open WBS, Cost Codes and Cost Types required for projects but not a part of the standard chart of accounts. Interface with all business unit Project Management, Finance, and project control departments to ensure contract and job opening is completed expeditiously and accurately. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Attention to the detailed contract and job opening forms and data to ensure accuracy and alignment with policy. Ability to understand the Parsons ERP organization and structure as well as the Parsons chart of accounts. Prior experience in the administration of the finance and project controls modules of a corporate ERP system. 2-year (Associate degree) in IT, accounting or finance and 5 years of related work experience. Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Proven ability to interface with multiple departments to ensure the accuracy of work deliverable. Once trained, able to work independently with minimal supervision, following work procedures and instructions. Ability to work in a fast paced environment to meet mandatory deliverable timelines.
