A company is looking for a NEPA/PD&E Project Manager. Key Responsibilities • Lead pursuit efforts and develop strategies for NEPA/PD&E projects • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with internal and external teams • Conduct progress meetings and identify opportunities for follow-up work Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical/business field • Typically 12+ years of related work experience, particularly in Major FDOT NEPA/PD&E projects • Experience in leading project delivery from concept to LDCA for various NEPA/PD&E types • Proven management capabilities and experience negotiating NEPA/PD&E contracts • Professional registration in the State of Florida is preferred
