The Impact You'll Make: • Manage and lead a team of mid to senior-level developers • Drive the product development process from conception to launch • Conduct market research and gather user requirements • Define product strategy and roadmap • Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback • Implement data-driven decision-making processes • Ensure the product meets high standards of quality and performance What You'll Bring To Us: • 7+ years of experience working with an agile team as a Technical Product Manager, preferably leading AI Projects or similar technical initiatives in the fintech or AI sector • Strong knowledge of Generative AI and its applications • Data-driven approach to product development and decision-making • Excellent research and product-building skills • Ability to work independently and manage a team autonomously • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
