Parmonic is a video AI platform for B2B marketers and training departments. We are seeking a Customer Enablement Manager to educate, engage and support our customers. Primary goals – 1. Educate customers on how to use our product • Translate product features into actionable guidance • Evangelize use cases to expand adoption • Proactively check-in with customers 2. Provide product support • Promptly address support requests • Collaborate with product team on issues that require additional help To be successful, you must have – • Understanding of Martech tools (webinars, basic HTML, video) • Technical proficiency to use customer support, issue tracking and CRM tools • Excellent on-screen presence, rapport-building and communication skills • Excellent ability to manage a lot of accounts, issues, projects, tasks so nothing falls through the cracks Tools you will be using (in addition to our tool) - CRM, Task Management, Product Analytics, Help Center, Customer Ticketing & Chat, Demo recording Example activities you will be doing – • Doing product walkthroughs for prospective customers • Onboarding and training new customers • Creating help articles and training materials to educate customers • Reviewing product analytics to identify issues and patterns • Proactively scheduling and hosting customer check-ins, business reviews • Securing renewals • Liaising with colleagues to provide feedback, and track and resolve issues • Recording product videos We are a growing startup, and the scope of this role will evolve, grow and change over time.
