We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work in a leading texile care company. Do you like people, and enjoy helping them? Interested in clothing, fashion and textiles? If so, then this job is for you. This job is afternoons and weekends, perfect for students. People skills are a must for this job. Also necessary are cashier and organizational skills. Part-time to start. Must be available Saturdays. Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. • Maintain a professional phone etiquette while assisting clients via calls. • Utilize Microsoft Office and data entry skills to manage customer information. • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction. • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback and promote services. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.90 - $17.00 per hour Work Location: In person
