Join Our Team as a Manager in Training! At Parks Hospitality Group, we are seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) who is interested in an accelerated hotel operations program to prepare them for a role as a hotel operations manager. The MIT position is a full-time salaried position based in Raleigh, NC or Greenville, SC and requires extended travel to other PHG hotels. The rotational program allows you to gain hands-on experience in all hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, accounting, and food & beverage, with exposure to human resources, sales, and revenue management. What You’ll Do: * Rotate through the functional areas of our hotel properties to gain an understanding of how each department contributes to the success of our operations. * Develop skills and leadership under the guidance of General Managers and other departmental leaders through hands-on work and shadowing. * Learn the operational workings of each department by observing team members, participating in meetings, asking questions, and completing special departmental projects. * Utilize and learn new systems, tools, and equipment in each hotel and department. * Participate in hotel openings and serve as part of the pre-opening team, contributing to the successful launch and operational setup of new properties.
