Cook - Stonegate - Per-Diem - $22.50 hourly rate - The area's highest quality assisted living residence providing a warm and compassionate homelike community - childcare on site and free meal with every shift worked - 6:30am-2:30pm, minimum of two (2) shifts per month - The Cook will support the Lead Cook in daily cooking operations. The Cook is responsible to ensure the highest quality and standards of meals are professionally prepared plus presented with excellence. 2025 is our third year in a row being recognized as one of the "Best Places to Work in New Jersey" by NJBiz.com, one of the leading business journals in the state. Benefits: Subsidized childcare available, 403b, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), free meal with every shift worked and use of Parker gym and pool facilities Minimum Qualifications: • Culinary degree or related experience; • Experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook or Sauté Cook; • Skill and experience with Hotel, Country Club and/or Restaurant menus • Ala Carte Dining Experience preferred • ServSafe certified, able to obtain certification within 6 months of employment • Flu vaccine required or receive medical exemption prior to employment
