Angott Search Group is partnering with a Michigan-based engineering company at the forefront of advanced mobility systems to identify an Operations Manager . This is a high-impact leadership role for an operations executive ready to drive performance, scale processes, and support long-term growth. Reporting directly to ownership/CEO, the Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across project management (including P&L), production, supply chain, facilities, inventory, and quality , while shaping strategy, developing talent, and strengthening operational discipline.
