Join Our Medical Communications Team at Parexel as a Senior Program Specialist Are you a seasoned project manager or account manager with experience in medical communications—particularly in publications? We’re seeking a Senior Program Specialist to lead the execution of complex, multidisciplinary publication programs while driving excellence across cross-functional teams. This is a full-time, remote position that may require occasional travel. What You’ll Do As a Senior Program Specialist, you will: Manage day-to-day operations of assigned programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define scope, staffing, and project plans. Lead kick-off meetings, track progress, and maintain proactive communication with clients and faculty. Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables, identifying and resolving issues as they arise. Support proposal development and budgeting processes. Champion best practices in communication, process efficiency, and team collaboration. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in medical communications (Oncology). Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects on time and within budget. Strong organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and database tools (e.g., Access). Familiarity with EACCME, ACCME, FDA, AMA, and publication guidelines. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Business or Life Sciences. Willingness to travel as needed.
