Join Our Medical Communications Team at Parexel as a Senior Program Specialist Are you a seasoned project manager or account manager with experience in medical communications—particularly in publications? We’re seeking a Senior Program Specialist to lead the execution of complex, multidisciplinary publication programs while driving excellence across cross-functional teams. This is a full-time, remote position that may require occasional travel. What You’ll Do As a Senior Program Specialist, you will: • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define scope, staffing, and project plans. • Lead kick-off meetings, track progress, and maintain proactive communication with clients and faculty. • Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables, identifying and resolving issues as they arise. • Support proposal development and budgeting processes. • Champion best practices in communication, process efficiency, and team collaboration. What You Bring • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in medical communications (Oncology). • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects on time and within budget. • Strong organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and database tools (e.g., Access). • Familiarity with EACCME, ACCME, FDA, AMA, and publication guidelines. • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Business or Life Sciences. • Willingness to travel as needed.
