We're seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Recruiting/HR Coordinator to be a key member of our small but mighty People Operations team. As our Recruiting/HR Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our recruiting process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every candidate. You will play a crucial role in making sure our hiring processes run smoothly and efficiently, partnering closely with the People Ops team to attract and retain top talent. Most importantly, you're someone who shares in our passion for improving the lives of students through communication. This role will include: Owning interview scheduling, candidate communications after the initial screen, and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) hygiene. Coordinating all interview logistics, preparing offer letters, and assisting with onboarding preparation in partnership with the People Ops Partners (POPs). Serving as a key partner to the Recruiting Lead on all scheduling and logistical matters. Assisting with People Ops events such as offsites, engagement surveys, and other culture-building initiatives. Helping to build a high-quality, values-aligned candidate experience that serves as a strategic extension of our culture. Our ideal candidate will have the following: 1-2+ years of experience in a People Operations, Human Resources, or administrative coordination role. A solid understanding of HR and recruiting best practices. Strong situational adaptability in both written and verbal communication. Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms (experience with Rippling is a plus!). Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a scaling environment. Strong partnership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A proven track record of creating a culture in which employees can grow and develop.
