Role Overview: As a Venture Analyst at Pardon Ventures, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making and investment activities. You will analyze market trends, evaluate potential investment opportunities, and contribute to the growth of our diverse portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to the venture capital ecosystem. What You'll Do: - You will conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. - You will evaluate potential investment targets through financial modeling and due diligence. - You will prepare detailed reports and presentations to support investment decisions. - You will collaborate with portfolio companies to monitor performance and identify growth strategies. - You will assist in the development of strategic initiatives to enhance portfolio value. - You will support deal sourcing and networking efforts within the venture capital community. - You will track industry developments and provide insights to inform business strategy. What You Bring: - You have 2-4 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or a related field. - You possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. - You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly. - You are highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. - You demonstrate a passion for startups, innovation, and the health and wellbeing sector. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with early-stage startups or in a venture studio environment. - Knowledge of the health and wellbeing industry and related market dynamics. - Familiarity with media platforms and digital content ecosystems. - Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
