Role Overview: As a Venture Analyst at Pardon Ventures, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making and investment activities. You will analyze market trends, evaluate potential investment opportunities, and contribute to the growth of our portfolio companies. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with founders and senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: - You will conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. - You will evaluate potential investment opportunities through financial modeling and due diligence. - You will support portfolio management by tracking performance metrics and preparing regular reports. - You will collaborate with founders and internal teams to develop growth strategies and operational improvements. - You will assist in preparing presentations and materials for investment committees and stakeholders. - You will monitor industry developments and provide insights to inform strategic planning. - You will contribute to the development of new venture concepts and business models. What You Bring: - You have 2-4 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, consulting, or a related field. - You possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. - You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly. - You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. - You demonstrate a passion for startups, innovation, and the health and wellbeing sector. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a venture studio or startup environment. - Knowledge of the health and wellbeing industry and related market dynamics. - Familiarity with media platforms and digital content strategies. - Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
