Pardon Ventures is the venture studio of the Pardon family office. We are the team behind Optimism, an inbox-first media platform and a growing portfolio of purpose-driven brands in the health and wellbeing space. We are hiring a Venture Analyst to support strategic decision-making across our studio. This role involves conducting research and diligence on acquisition and investment opportunities, analyzing competitors and market trends, and building financial models that help us evaluate and grow our ventures. You will be an integral part of the team shaping how we build and buy high-impact companies that matter. This position offers the chance to work closely with experienced entrepreneurs and operators, and to directly influence our portfolio strategy. You will help us evaluate what to build next, who to partner with, and how to scale effectively. We are looking for someone who: Has 2 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking Has strong analytical and financial modeling skills Communicates clearly, both in writing and verbally Thinks strategically but can dive into details Is intellectually curious, proactive, and able to work independently Has familiarity with the consumer, health, or wellness sectors (preferred but not required) Is based in New York City, though remote work is possible for exceptional candidates This role can begin as project-based or fractional, with the potential to grow into a larger opportunity.
