ParcelShield is hiring an Account Executive to manage and expand a portfolio of existing customers. This role focuses on renewals, upsells, and cross-sells by helping customers adopt new products and unlock additional value from our SaaS platform. What You’ll Do • Own and grow a book of existing customer accounts • Drive renewals and expansion through consultative selling • Demo new SaaS products and features • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Ops, and Customer Success What We’re Looking For • 3–8+ years in B2B SaaS or a similar tech-enabled role • Experience managing renewals and account growth • Ability to demo complex software and communicate with senior stakeholders • Self-starter comfortable working remotely Nice to Have (Not Required) • Logistics, healthcare, or supply chain exposure • Analytics or workflow-based SaaS experience • Specialty pharmacy knowledge is a plus—not a requirement 👉 This is not a cold-calling role. 👉 This is a role for someone who thrives on customer success and expansion.
